When you open an order on a table from the Handheld or POS. No reservation is made. This can result in duplicated bookings.
Solution:
  • If you open an order on a table with a linked reservation slot
  • Create a "Walk-in" booking
  • Start time is the order creation time
  • End time is calculated with the default duration or when an order is paid.
